Yesterday we had weather so hot that I felt like I was suffocating and this morning, I was in long sleeves and a bomber. Welcome to Canadian weather! All things considered, at least it gave me the chance to wear my modcloth strawberry print dress out a little longer.
Hi my loves, I feel like it has been too long since I’ve made a post on this blog. I’m really trying hard not to get back into the habit of letting this blog go unnoticed but things have been so busy lately. I’ve barely had any chance whatsoever to take OoTD photos, but I’m trying to find more creative ways to keep this space updated. So, before I talk about my outfit today, I just wanted to ask all of you what you’d like to see more of here. Body positivity? Features? You name it!
While I was in NYC (I was in New York City, btw), I met up with my dear friend Cindy who snapped these lovely photos of me. I’m always so in awe of her photography and its always my pleasure to be her muse for a moment. She knows how to calm me and capture lovely candid moments.

Hi my boos! I don’t know about all of you but I’m just itching for full fledged Autumn weather. I’m ready to kick the heat and welcome layers.
The leaves are already beginning to turn colour, you can buy just about pumpkin spice everything but our weather hasn’t gotten the hint yet. Soon enough, it’ll be hot bath weather and this gal can’t wait.
I’m blogging from NYC, you guys! How cool is that? I have been busy out of my mind lately, so I apologize for not having my standard quality shots. However, I really loved this outfit I put together to grab corn and hang out with my family at a local fruit farm. Surprisingly enough, my sisters were more pushy for photos than I was but you won’t catch me complaining.
How precious is the skirt I’m wearing? My dear friend Allie, who also happens to be my NYC travel companion, made it for my birthday. I might just have to hire her for more!
Skirt: Made with love by Allie
Jacket: Old Navy

Quality Amazon plus size sellers are admittedly hard to come across. Although prices can sometimes run too cheap to pass up, its hard to know who is even worth it. As it turns out, Amazon plus size dresses are actually worth looking at. Take this stunning emerald dress, for instance. Typically, I’d admire such a gorgeous piece from a far but thanks to Amazon plus size sellers, I’m now able to call it mine.
